According to Regulation of Ministry of Forestry No.P48/MenHut-II/2010, the management of tourism activities at National Park should planned and implemented following its site plan for tourism acitvity management. The site plan basically provided two critical aspects. First, it would become a guidance for tourism activity to follow the principles, norms, and function of natural conservation. Second, it would outlined the spatial arrangements (zonation) of public spaces and business spaces, which would determine where and how the spaces would be used.
The project was funded by Forest Programme II : Biodiversity Conservation and Integrated Watershed Management Development
The Outputs achieved included:
“Site plan document of Depati IV Lake at Kerinci Seblat National Park , which was presented and signed by Direktur Pemanfaatan Jasa Lingkungan Hutan Konservasi, Ministry of Environment and Forestry.”
It was implemented at Depati IV Lake, at Kerinci Seblat National Park-Jambi
