Guidelines on Capacity Building for Village Tourism Organization

The guideline is a reference for planning and implementing capacity building program for local institutions to be able to foster tourism development at the village. The main target user of guideline is stakeholder focusing in community development, particularly local facilitator. The guideline described 4(four) steps to plan and execute capacity building activities. The guideline was based on Flores example, but can be adopted at any other places with adjustment.
