Activities that have been carried out by Pokdawis Sa Ate are administrative completeness and package design. The tour packages designed by the tourism village pokdawis are the Sipijena village tour and the annual traditional ritual. The development concept is eco-tourism. This is supported because the Sipijena village area is a fertile agricultural area in Ende district and 99% of the community are farmers. So that farming activities are interesting because they are also done with local concepts. The institution still has shortcomings and needs assistance in developing human resources and extensive networks.Sungai Utik started tourism development since 2010/2011. In 2014, it was assisted by KKN PPM UGM. A local tour organizer and NGO-assisted promotion activities had started to promote the village to visitors, particularly Malaysian tourists. Sungai Utik got its recognition when it received the Equator Prize and Kalpataru in 2019. Currently, Pokdarwis is assisted by Indecon to strengthen its management and ecotourism product development.
