In an effort to improve tourism competitiveness, one very important factor is the quality of tourism products. This book discusses steps to improve the competitiveness of ecotourism products at Berau Regency, East Kalimantan Province; and Kapuas Hulu Regency at West Kalimantan Province. This standard was prepared as a guideline for travel agencies, tourist attraction managers, and tourist village managers. Although this book is specifically designed for the Kalimantan region, its contents are also relevant and can be applied in other regions of Indonesia that have similar characteristics.
